  1. I thought first this was some golden idea to save the server, but after ready another disappointment. A mere agenda to push the server time line and suck it's life to dry. We are mid rate, 100x100x20x No matter how you try to say, we are 20x easier than kRO. The game is not just about DK, the gold rebalance is a prime and needed for a long term run to tell everyone that, playing DK is expensive but it's good, so choose. If Vendor selling pricing are too high, simply lower the Selling prices lower so people with lower zeny can start buying again. Short Supply of Zeny = Lower the cost of Vendor pricing = People will start Buy USD for zeny = back to normal stable rates. Why was the changes needed? Server was running only 4 months with zeny inflations from 12 USD to 2 USD even at one point. All item costs increased due to zeny inflation. (1 time food supply adjustment kRO update) was not enough to save zeny inflation and this few weeks old now update finally hit the sweet spot. There are no going back in updates. Don't talk about "Newbie friendly". The game is very very newbie friendly, as a newbie myself, my live streams, I play as nooobest noob, and still got to where I am with only Full Free Set of Limit Group gears. Party a little, farmed Thanatos Tower just fine today. I got maybe 5-10m zeny in just 20 minutes. I wasnt even selling with Merchant. Set as Player mentality, not factory. Enjoy, don't stress. I slowed down the Content progression, because to make it more Newbie friendly, so everyone can catch up easier without big gaps. Now, what I suggest to the server and community and all item hoarding players. Start selling your items lower cost. if it's 10m zeny, sell it for 5m zeny. If it's 1m zeny, sell it for 500k. and you will see a newbie friendlier server. 🙂 The topic maker is very conflict. Not sure if he really suggest Newbie friendly , or not....there's many ways to be newbie friendly.

  2. Hey Lai, I couldn't do this is the suggestions tab because it is closed but I would like to address the current economy issues within the Limit server. First of all, the recent changes in drop rate has seen a significant decline in the circulation of zeny within our server. This is due to popular zeny farming methods such as Thanatos Tower decreasing in efficiency through the decrease in drop rate, there are less ways people are making zeny to purchase things from other players. The game is currently stale with an accumulation of people not wanting to farm due to the difficulty of it. I believe the members of this server have chosen to play on here because they don't feel the need to farm 10-12 hours a day to make progress such as other low rate servers and official kRO. However, seeing as we are changing the rates to official kRO, the game has become more of a grind to make zeny. As mentioned, I believe the main attraction to Limit Ragnarok is the beginner friendly nature that the server has always been in which anyone can farm and self-fund without having to spend long hours of the day grinding. As you have said, the server is still relatively new with around 150-200 actual players. As compared to official server with 20,000 daily players, our numbers is definitely not enough to sufficiently supply the economy to keep it stable. Our economy is extremely volatile currently in the sense that every change that is made fluctuates the market greatly. As mentioned in other posts, I believe zeny farming is a great source of income for people who have been left unemployed due to the current state of the world and the buying and supplying chain to help one another is really crucial in helping each other. Prior to the update of the drop rate changes, there was a the development of a stable economy which was thriving through trading between players. Now that the drop rates are so low with the new updates, players have to become more heavily reliant on buying items such as gold and contaminated magic from the npc. The zeny that is more difficult to farm is now not getting circulated through players, rather it is getting sucked out of the economy by the reliance to trade with NPCs. The zeny just disappears because of that. Due to this nature of how the buying of items is going, less zeny will be farmed and available to spend and all that will end up disappearing into NPCs. As an example lets talk about zeny trade rates in terms of inflation. Prior to the change, zeny prices were on average $3 USD/ 100m and now they sit at $5-6 USD/100m which is an inflation of 200%. Yet the prices of for instance gold increase from 250k zeny to 750k zeny. Everything is getting inflated yet the methods of obtaining zeny have decreased which does not make sense, especially in a growing economy. If u wanted to increase the value of zeny at least let the server establish a stable economy with a bigger player base. If there is inflation in zeny price, there should be an increase in available zeny throughout the server. As it stands, end game items that were traded for 2-3b zeny were still obtainable through farming which support both the buyer and seller. Now that zeny is getting taken out of the economy, players will have to drop the prices of their items to make it remotely affordable for any average players. I hope this demonstrates to you a net movement of zeny to be a declining trend which will eventually dry out the supply of zeny and destroy the economy. Some Suggestions I have gathered from other players within the server is to: - Revert back the gold price but with 1k stock and other stuff that gets higher pricing like assorted cuisines - Make a poll in regards to seeing if the Limit community wants to revert the drop rate changes in the discord server - Revert the contaminated magic to be like kRO or more reasonable costs as 40 contaminated magics at 8m zeny = 320m zeny per enchant seems ridiculous as its currently equated to $17-20 USD gamble in which the desired enchant it not guaranteed. -It's been a month interval between each update and the pace is too slow -Change the drop rates of other methods of zeny making such as Mixed Cooking materials and Potion crafting. -Gold being extremely inaccessible has caused major commotions of people not wanting to play the Dragon Knight class anymore as people have done runs of Horror Toy Factory and not received a single piece of gold, or farming other mobs that drop gold and only getting 1-2 pieces every 30 minutes. These are just a few suggestions that I have received from other members of the server that have expressed their concerns with the recent changes.   3. Well... I found my mistake. I forgot to disable the firewall, I just disabled the antivirus and even with an exception (the whole folder) BullGuard is extremely sensitive. But thank you for the fast reply, I'm gonna play now without error ❤️

  4. Erm, this system I have used it before in my other low rate server. A problem we had was, the item description of the "converted" item, it was very problematic when people tried to scam other ppl. Next update, the Silvercat Costume Hat Thump Box will have effect: 3 any costume hat = 1 random costume that (any hat is possible, even not released ones.) That feature will bring us , the costume hat heaven in the server.

I will think what to do, this is sensitive and tbh I don't want to touch official dropped item rates. We are 20x official, and try to stay that way and I urge farmers to enter or form a guild and participate in WoE. Imagine all farmers made a guild, ~ super strong.

  8. GM can consider reduce other mats that drop 50% back to 40% & compensate low drop rate item like wolf of blood.. we not greedy asking everything to drop easy.

  9. this is an option, not solution. you know how many blood of wolf you can get for 50m investment? test it suggestion is to make all food viable to everyone.. before update i can always use +20 int but not +20str due to the drop rate 2% now because of latest update. blood of wolf become 1%.
