4th Job Skill Adjustment 1

Regarding the 4th job group skill specification adjustment work delivered through the last developer note
Currently, development is complete and internal testing is in progress.
 
The relevant adjustments are as follows.

Dragon Knight series

  • Servant Weapon
    • Servant weapon attack power has been increased from ATK 400% to ATK 450% based on level 5.
    • Servant weapon attack chance has been increased from 10% to 15% at level 5.
    • The attack range is increased from 5X5 cells to 9X9 cells.
  • Storm Slash
    • Skill cooldown at level 5 has been reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
    • SP consumption increased from 50 to 60.
  • Madness Crusher
    • Skill cooldown at level 5 has been reduced from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
    • Damage increased from ATK 2250% to ATK 3000%.
    • The attack power is changed to additionally increase damage according to the level of the weapon.
  • Hack and Slasher
    • One target is changed to a skill that inflicts damage to nearby targets.
    • The range based on level 10 is increased from 7X7 cells to 9X9 cells.
    • Changed to apply melee physical damage when casting with a two-handed sword, and long-range physical damage when casting with a two-handed spear.
  • Vigor
    • Normal physical attack power increase effect has been adjusted upwards.

  • Dragonic Aura
    • If acquired, it will be applied to the Dragon Breath damage correction value according to dragon training.
    • Changes will be made so that POW and P.ATK can be involved in a certain amount.
  • Hundred Spear
    • The attack power when receiving the Dragonic Aura effect has been adjusted to increase from ATK 3200% to ATK 4200% at level 10.

Imperial Guard series

  • Attack stance
    • At level 5, the ATK + 30 increase effect is changed to the P.ATK + 15, S.MATK + 15 effect.
  • Shield shooting
    • Skill cooldown reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second based on level 5.
    •  The increase in the acquired shield mastery level that affects attack power
    • Shield Shooting Level 5 / Shield Mastery Level 10 Increased from 250% to 750%.
  • Over Slash
    • Fixed casting time reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds at level 10.
    • Skill cooldown is reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second at level 10, and AP recovery amount is reduced from 3 to 2.
    • Casting distance is increased from 1 cell to 3 cells, and the number of attacks according to the number of targets within the area of effect is increased from 5 to 7 times.
  • Guardian Shield
    • The base MHP value that affects the barrier is adjusted to half of the caster's MHP.
    • The increase rate according to STA is increased by 15 times.
    • Added an effect that restores the caster's AP by 15 when casting.
  • Cross lane
    • Fixed casting time reduced from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds at level 10.
    • The global cooldown has been reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds at level 10.
    • Damage per attack is based on the previous level 10 (including Spear & Sword Mastery level 10)
    • Increases from MATK 400% to MATK 2000%, and in Holy Shield state,
    • Increased from MATK 600% to MATK 3500%.
  •  Ray of Genesis
    • The attack power is changed to be 3500% of the MATK at level 10, regardless of non-attribute/holy attribute.
    •  SP consumption has been reduced from 120 to 90 based on the previous level 10.

  •  Vanishing point
    • Attack power has been increased from 1300% ATK to 1700% ATK based on level 10 (including bash level 10).
    • In case of Grand Judgment effect, ATK 1700% to ATK 2500%.
    • At level 10, the SP consumption has been increased from 25 to 38, and the accuracy compensation value has been increased from 30 to 50.
  • Cannon Spear
    • Skill cooldown is reduced from 2 seconds to 1.7 seconds at level 5, and the area of effect is increased from 5X5 cells to 7X7 cells.
    • The part where critical damage was applied with a probability of half of the caster's critical chance
    • The caster's critical probability is changed to apply critical damage.
    • Attack power has been increased from 900% ATK at level 5 (based on STR 130) to 1250% ATK.

  • Hesperus Lit
    • Variable casting has been removed, and skill cooldown has been reduced from 0.3 seconds to 0.2 seconds at level 5.
    • The global cooldown has been reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds at level 5.
  • Shield press
    • If the shield shooting effect is in effect, the attack power is changed to increase according to the level of shield mastery acquired.

  • Shield Chain
    • If the shield shooting effect is in effect, the attack power is changed to increase according to the level of shield mastery acquired.
    • (Based on Shield Chain Level 5 / Shield Mastery Level 10: Existing ATK 1650% → ATK 2000%)
  • Earth Drive
    • Skill cooldown reduced from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds based on level 5.
    • If the shield shooting effect is in effect, the attack power is changed to increase according to the level of shield mastery acquired.
    • (Based on Earth Drive Level 5 / Shield Mastery Level 10: Existing ATK 2100% → ATK 3750%)

Meister series

  • ABR Mastery
    • ABR's ATK increase has been increased from 2500 to 6200 at level 10,
    • MHP increase increased from 20,000 to 400,000.
  • ABR-Battle Warrior/Dual Cannon/Mothernet
    • Fixed casting time is reduced from 4 seconds to 1 second at level 4, and 1 second variable casting is added.
    • Skill cooldown is reduced to 30 seconds.
  • ABR-Infinity
    • Fixed casting time is reduced from 4 seconds to 1 second at level 4, and 1 second variable casting is added.
    • Skill cooldown is reduced to 60 seconds.
  • Rush Quake
    • Gives the caster a rush effect for 300 seconds based on level 10.
    • Rush Effect: Increases melee and ranged physical damage by 50% (based on level 10)
    • Inflicts Quake effect to 1 target and nearby targets for 30 seconds.

  • Ax stomp
    • Attack power is increased from ATK 1750% to ATK 2000% based on level 5,
    • When casting with a two-handed axe, it increases from 2 attacks to 3 attacks.
    • Skill cooldown reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second, and AP recovery increased from 2 to 3.
    • The duration of the Ax Stomp effect has been increased from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.
  • Balkan Cancer
    • Attack power is increased from ATK 420% to ATK 690% at level 3.
  • Boost Knuckles
    • Attack power is increased from ATK 1100% to ATK 1300% based on level 5.
    • Variable casting is reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.2 seconds based on level 5.
  • Arms Cannon
    • Attack power is increased from ATK 1900% to ATK 2150% based on level 5.
    • Skill cooldown has been reduced from 0.3 seconds to 0.15 seconds based on level 5.
    • The global cooldown has been reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds based on level 5.
    • The area of effect is increased from 5X5 cells to 7X7 cells based on level 5.

  • Ax Tornado
    • Attack power when using the Ax Stomp effect is based on level 5 (including VIT 130)

Shadow cross series

  • Shadow staff
    • Skill cooldown reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second at level 5, and AP recovery decreased from 3 to 1.
  • Savage Impact
    • The cloaking condition is removed from the skill casting condition.
    • Skill cooldown has been reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second based on level 10, and global cooldown of 0.3 seconds has been added.
    • Attack power is changed from ATK 3500% to ATK 600% based on level 10,
    • It is changed to deal damage 3 times instead of dividing 1 damage 8 times.
    • (Changed to inflict damage 5 times when cast in Cloaking Exceed state.)
    • If the Shadow Exceed effect is in effect, the existing ATK 5000% will be changed to ATK 1000%,

  • Eternal Slash
    • Skill cooldown has been reduced from 1.5 seconds to 0.35 seconds based on level 5.
    • Global cooldown reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.

Abyss chaser series

  • Deft staff
    • Skill cooldown is reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second based on level 10.
  • Unlucky Rush
    • Fixed casting and variable casting will be removed, and skill cooldown will be reduced from 2 seconds to 0.25 seconds at level 5. 
    • Attack power is reduced from ATK 2600% to ATK 1700% based on level 5,
    • The part where damage was additionally increased by CRT is changed to increase according to POW.
  • Abyss Dagger
    • Attack power is reduced from ATK 2750% to ATK 1750% based on level 5, and it is changed to inflict damage twice.
    • The range of effect is increased from 5X5 cells to 7X7 cells based on level 5,
    • Skill cooldown reduced from 3 seconds to 0.3 seconds based on level 5.
    • The duration of the Abyss Dagger effect has been increased from 10 seconds to 15 seconds based on level 5,
    • The effect of increasing Fatal Menas damage by 35% has been removed, and the formula related to the Abyss Dagger effect has been added to Fatal Menas' attack power formula.
  • Fatal Menas
    • Casting distance increased from 1 cell to 2 cells.
    • When the Abyss Dagger effect is in effect, the attack power formula has been added so that the attack power at level 10 becomes 1500% ATK.

    • Skill cooldown has been reduced from 4 seconds to 0.3 seconds based on level 5, and global cooldown has been reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.

    • SP consumption reduced from 128 to 90 based on level 5.
  • Rose Blossom
    • Skill cooldown at level 5 has been reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second.
    • SP consumption is reduced from 275 to 125 based on level 5.
    • AP recovery amount has been reduced from 5 to 3 based on level 5.
    • The first attack's attack power is changed from ATK 2500% to ATK 3750% based on level 5,
    • The second attack's attack power is changed from ATK 750% to ATK 1750%.
    • When the sound blend effect is in effect, the current ATK 3250% at level 5 will be changed to ATK 5000%,
    • The second attack's attack power is changed from ATK 975% to ATK 3750%.
  • Mystic Symphony
    • Sound Blend, Rhythm Shooting, and Rose Blossom damage increase effects have been increased from 40% to 100%.
    • Skill cooldown is reduced from 120 seconds to 60 seconds, and the duration of the effect is increased from 60 seconds to 150 seconds.
    • AP consumption increased from 100 to 125.
